If you're not happy with your product, you can simply send it back.
14-day return policy
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return items if they're not right for you – simple, and without giving a reason.
How returns work
- Contact us via the contact form with your order number
- We'll send you the next steps and, if needed, a return address
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging
- Send the package to the address provided
Refund
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Requirements
Items must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging. In case of defects or shipping damage, we'll of course cover the costs.
